Over the last 7 or 8 years I have slowly eliminated gluten and dairy out of our lifestyle. YES we still have it occasionally but it isn’t a part of our daily intake. A long battle of eczema led me to this change in lifestyle.
So I have learned to adjust our recipes to allow them to be dairy and gluten free. I have compiled some of my favorite recipes here for you. I hope to continue to create more recipe books in the near future.
