I am getting the most wonderful sister you could ask for!!

The wedding was just perfect and as you can see, we cut a rug on the dance floor 😂

I had SO many people ask for this recipe, so here

I had SO many people ask for this recipe, so here it is.

I am excited to say that ALL of my picky eaters enjoyed this dish. I call that a huge WIN!

Be sure to hit the SAVE button because this will be an easy recipe you will want to save.

I served this with a side salad and I felt like I was at Olive Garden, minus the delicious breadsticks.

Gluten-free Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 box Gluten-free noodles
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
¼ tsp himalyan salt
2 large chicken breast (I prefer hormone free)
1 cup of tomato sauce (check the ingredient list & get one that is just tomatoes, garlic, salt...no preservatives, natural flavors)
½ cup Parmesan cheese (rBST free)

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Cook chicken. I prefer grilled. Seasoned with salt, garlic powder, and rosemary.
3. Cook noodles. Then toss noodles in avocado oil, garlic powder and salt. Layer the noodles in a 10 inch cast iron skillet.
4. Layer the chicken on top of noodles. Pour tomato sauce on top of chicken and noodles. Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Enjoy!

We road tripped from MS to upstate New York, and down to North Carolina.

Last week was truly an adventure of a lifetime. We had a wonderful few days in upstate New York with Lamplighter ministries and had a great time visiting family in NC.

So excited for Abigail! A few weeks ago she did her 1st voice acting audition and booked the job.

She’s playing a 5 yr old girl in a Lamplighter audiodrama. The recording studio is inside this gorgeous historic church building.

We are thoroughly enjoying our time here in upstate New York. It’s one of most beautiful places I’ve ever seen.

I think I was just as excited as the kids. The snow has brought back so many wonderful childhood memories and the beauty brought tears to my eyes.

2020 was a hard year for so many people. My heart

2020 was a hard year for so many people. My heart is heavy for those who have lost loved ones, lost jobs, and so many other things.

2020 for our little family was one of our best years yet. We were blessed with good health, spent a lot of good quality time at home, launched a pottery business, and most of all grew closer to the Lord, looking for his return.

No matter what 2020 had for you, His “mercies are new every morning.”

“Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.” Titus 2:13

Every year we bake a variety of different things but two staples are always health bar cookies and sausage balls. It’s our tradition.

Both recipes have a fond memory attached to them and were given to me by 2 different friends over 20 yrs ago.
