The market is saturated with essential oils.
From the grocery and health stores to the big online companies and even Amazon—it's not easy to figure out what you need, where to get it, and what you should do with it once you have it.
I was a bit overwhelmed too. I felt like I was jumping in the deep end of a very large and crowded pool; but as I began to learn and see results, I craved more knowledge. I added this to my exercise science and health education and was fascinated to see how God creatively formed our body and the nutrients of the earth to care for it.
